Private Tutoring#

What You Should Know#
The subjects of our expertise are Mathematics and Physics, both for K-12 level and for college.
We usually work in individual sessions, just you and the teacher. Sometimes, we will propose the organization of a small group (at most 5 students), but only if you agree and if we judge that all students in the group have a similar academic level and can collaborate efficiently.
You can choose whether to study face to face or online. Our approach will be the same. In the online format, you are strongly encouraged (though not mandatory!) to have and use a tablet (such as an iPad) or a graphics tablet. Our teachers have all the necessary tools and will make available all their notes, homework assignments, and exercise sheets in PDF format, free of cost.
Currently, face-to-face tutoring is only available in Romania, in Bucharest, Cluj, and Oradea.
Your level or targets could be any of (but not limited to) the following: improving your grades, passing a national or international exam (SAT, GRE, IB, any kind of baccalaureate or graduate exam).
We can teach in Romanian, English, or French.
You don’t have to buy any learning material! We do sell some of those, but they will never be a prerequisite for any tutoring session. We do our best to write our own exercise sheets, course notes, or other digital resource you may need, which will be given to all enrolled students for free. Furthermore, all software we’ll be recommending will be free, open source, and available for all operating systems, sometimes even on mobile.
In terms of management and paperwork, we sell a trial package of 6 hours of tutoring, which will be organized as you wish (e.g., 3 meetings of 2 hours each). After the trial ends, we propose an extension, which entails a services contract and you will be invoiced every 10 hours (or every other interval we agree upon). You can pay via transfer to our Romanian bank account (IBAN).
